This is a donation-based class with RSVP.

Billy Janes, L.Ac will be discussing the power of herbal infusions and tinctures for maintaining health. Herbal infusions are a simple and effective way to support your health at home. Learn which herbs are helpful in nourishing the nervous system, treating low libido, low adrenals, anxiety, inflammation and breathing difficulties. Sample herbal infusions will be on hand, so come by and taste test them for yourself! Additionally, Billy will discuss how a couple of these herbs can be tinctured! If you attended the first tincture class then this will be an excellent opportunity to build your tincture library for the January formula assembly class. Please bring a cushion. You can book this class in Schedulicity, or by calling (310) 985-0554 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every Friday evening at 7:30, Craig Swogger will guide attendees in mindfulness of breathing. This simple breath meditation can help bring calm, clarity, and moment to moment awareness to everyday life, and is the ancient progenitor of modern insight/mindfulness meditation. The evening will consist of a 30 minute guided meditation, time for either a talk or Q&A, and a closing Loving Kindness meditation. The evening will last 60 to 90 minutes. There is a suggested donation of $15, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Bring your own cushion or folding chair. All are welcome.
